About me: Specializing in working with Investors, Sellers and Buyers on a Referral Basis, almost all of my clients come from past clients, friends, business associates and other Realtors. Investment and Commercial Properties plus Luxury Residential Homes are where my time, energy and talents are usually exercised.

Living in Auburn since 1969, I know the Area, Properties, Property History and the Political Climate.

After purchasing & selling several investment, commercial & residential properties when I owned the Buick, Pontiac, GMC Truck and Subaru dealership now known as Crossroads Auto Center, I became a Realtor in 1996 and a Broker in 2002.

Currently working with several Investors who have owned Investment Property for several years and are now considering Tenants in Common Properties

(TICS) as a way of exchanging their properties through a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange for a guaranteed return with potential appreciation.
