Gene Thorpe: Meeting your real estate needs!

Welcome. My name is Gene Thorpe; it has been my pleasure to have served Lincoln and the surrounding communities in the Real Estate business since September, 1984. My goal is to provide the finest service to our residents and prospective new neighbors.

I started my Real Estate career at Home Realtors in Lincoln in 1984 and have continued to serve our community ever since. From Home Realtors I moved to Coldwell Banker Real Estate in Roseville. In my first year there Became a top producer in the area. In recognition for my successes  won the Coldwell Banker listing competition and was awarded the Road Runner Award for listings and sales. In 1986 my experience broadened as I became the project manager for the thousand-plus acre Lincoln Crossing Development. And in April, 1988, I joined the Barringer Realty team.

After thirteen years with Barringer, I now have my own company, Pavilion Realty. We are located in Beerman Plaza in Lincoln, right next to City Hall, the heart of the town. This is where I now call home. This is where I practice my profession with all the skill and integrity I have developed over the past years’ experiences. This is where I am building a team of professionals who will meet all your needs to buy or sell your property.

Not only have I practiced my business in Lincoln and the surrounding area, I have lived here and been an active participant in our community. In 1986 I joined the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce and quickly became their vice president. That year I was also the program director for the Lincoln Rotary Club. In 1989 I started my two year term as the President of the Chamber. I attend the Granite Springs Church in Rocklin where I am on the music team as a guitarist and bassist. I also have my own musical group which you can hear at events throughout our area.

Working with the folks in the southern Placer area is exciting, uplifting, and gratifying. I believe my extensive background allows me to better understand the nature of Real Estate in the Lincoln area. Because the Real Estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, you need a professional who understands the industry and is positioned to stay ahead of the game. To better meet those needs, I am also an active member of the Placer County Association of Realtors, now serving on the Grievance Committee.
