Bridget C. Boland

I am a native Californian with a natural love for real estate. My husband and I have been involved with a few of our own real estate transactions since we married in 2000. We have relocated in the greater Sacramento area and owned multiple houses in and around Davis and Auburn, houses in need of TLC, houses which we transformed into homes with a little remodeling.

In July of 2005, we both had an opportunity of a life time and were able to volunteer behind the scenes for the show "Extreme Makeover Home Edition" at the building site in Fairfield.
In 2006, we relocated to the foothills of Northern California to experience the country lifestyle. We started off in Foresthill and have chosen to relocate again and settle down in another Fixer upper in Loomis. With a little TLC and my husbands contracting skills (Jon is a licensed Contractor) we are now settled in.

As part of the community, I volunteer for The Boys and Girls Club of Auburn and I am a member of the The Loomis Basin Chamber of Commerce.

I am a Real Estate Broker licensed by the State of California. As a 4th generation Real Estate Broker, it is easy for me to state that real estate runs in my family's DNA. It is part of who we are!  Needless to say, I have been privileged to spend my life around real estate and have grown up amongst seasoned real estate professionals; one professional, my father, is still practicing and managing his Southern California Real Estate Office and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1971. What is my education and background?
In 1999, I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a minor in English from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. In 2000, I was offered a position at the University of California in Davis as an Analytical Biochemist and Editor. Through my career as a Staff Researcher at UC Davis, my time in both science and editing have developed my organizational skills, my attention to detail, and my efficiency. These aspects, as well as my love for homes, old and new alike, will assist me in making your real estate experience a comfortable and successful one.
