Allison White

Allison loves her profession because it allows her to help people and she is committed to always serving their best interests with integrity and dedication. Most of her transactions are with ongoing clients or referrals, so her reputation for honesty,as well as experience and knowledge are the fondation of her success. Allison obtained her Real Estate Licence in 1985 and has worked for several companies including Bertrando and Assoc., Thurmond and Thurmond, ERA, Remax and opened her own Realty World Franchise in 1999. She attended College in Riverside CA,  and has her GRI,and CRS designations and has a family background in the Construction Industry.

During her 23 years in Real Estate she has worked with San Jose Construction and other developers assisting in subdivisions including Montecielo, has sold Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family Residential,  Ranches and building parcels. She is very familiar with Rural property including wells, septic, and easements.  She has owned a property management Company and has been involved in managing commercial and residential rentals since she was in her 20's.

Allison has traveled extensively during her life and lived in New Zealand, Australia and Canada where she has family. During her 7 years in Australia she worked as a professional Photographer. She has visited over 25 countries and loves getting to know different people and cultures, but always enjoys coming home and appreciates the quality of life we have in the Sierra Foothills. She enjoys the long term friendships she has developed with many her clients and assiting their friends and children in their transactions, vacation properties, and 1031 exchanges for their investment portfolios. 

  Allison has been a local resident since 1977 and she raised her 3 children Cameron, Shannon and Carrie Clark in Meadow Vista, and  has been involved in the schools and community including the Lake Combie Association Board for many years. Cameron now resides in Santa Barbara and her girls live in Rocklin and Sacramento. Carrie has been working with Allison for many years and has a brokers licence and currently is her transaction coordinator, loan signer and notary.
