New Auburn housing tract breaks ground
Snow Ranch, a new development in Auburn, broke ground on Aug. 11, starting the first of 14 homes planned for the subdivision.
“I’m very excited to get this project going. So far, we have had a lot of interest, but people were waiting to see when we were going to start building. Now that construction for the first home has commenced, I expect to see more serious interest from prospective buyers,” said Scott Pringle, project developer of Snow Ranch.
The subdivision off of Edgewood Road  in Auburn is distinctive as homes will offer views of downtown Sacramento and/or the Sutter Buttes.  All home lots are over an acre and are in walking distance to Downtown Auburn.
Prospective buyers have the choice of four  different one story ranch-style floor plans, ranging from 2,700 to 2,860 square feet. All homes will have tankless water heaters, double-paned windows and innovative insulation to cut down on energy costs.
For more information about Snow Ranch, contact Pringle at (530) 269-3700 or visit www.snowranch.com. For a private tour, contact Cyndi Domenici at (530) 305-2092 or Laura Suddjian at (530) 906-7519.
