Building on the sales success of Legacy at Fiddyment Farm, officials at K. Hovnanian Homes have announced the acquisition of 218 additional homesites within the master-planned community of Fiddyment Farm in Roseville.
The new homesites will be divided into two new communities of detached, single-family homes dubbed Settler’s Ridge and Stone Mill.
The new Fiddyment Farm communities will feature six home designs ranging from approximately 1,900 to 2,753 square feet with prices from the high $200,000s.
Development of the 218 lots will take place over the summer months with construction of the neighborhoods’ six model homes planned for October.
Last year, K. Hovnanian Homes opened Legacy at Fiddyment Farm, which features a limited edition 41 homes ranging from 2,110 to 2,756 square feet on pool-sized homesites averaging more than 7,800 square feet.
More than half of those homes are already sold, a sales rate that influenced the decision for K. Hovnanian Homes to purchase the additional 218 homesites.
