Walker joins staff at Sierra Brokers
Sierra Brokers Real Estate in Auburn recently announced the addition of Sande Walker to its offices.
Walker began her real estate career in 2004 in the Sierra foothills and developed an expertise in marketing and selling high-end, single-family homes.
Raised on a 350-acre cattle ranch just south of Elk Grove, Walker gained extensive knowledge over the years from her father about what’s involved in owning and caring for large pieces of land.
“I have no fear of working with people looking to move away from large towns. There are several elements you automatically deal with on a ranch property that will never come up when someone has lived their whole life in an urban setting,” Walker said. “I know about those elements and enjoy teaching others how to live comfortably and safely in a rural setting.”
Walker moved to Auburn in 2008 and loves the rural feel of south Auburn.
“It’s a little like going back to the country, except the conveniences are much closer at hand,” she said.
