The group Foothill Forum Real Estate of Placer County, made up of local Realtors, announced that it will host a one-stop-shop for buying, selling and/or financing a home at the Auburn Fall Home Show, Sept. 26-28 at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn.
Daily seminars will be held at the Forum’s tent, located to the left as the public enters the show from the parking lot off Auburn Folsom Road.
On-site experts in the real estate industry will offer help with credit repair, renegotiating mortgage rates with lenders, first-time and entry-level buyers, as well as how to buy foreclosures and short-sale properties.
The Forum’s tent will have the latest listings of homes, condos, mobile homes and land for sale, and realty staff will be available to answer questions.
Several real estate companies will be holding drawings to win gifts. Sierra Brokers Real Estate and Lighthouse Real Estate are jointly doing a daily drawing for bottles of wine from Viña Castellano winery.
On  Saturday they’ll be giving away a wine tasting for six at The Wine Rack on Lincoln Way. The Sunday grand finale will include two drawings: wine tasting for 10 at Viña Castellano on Bell Road and a weekend at a Tahoe City cabin.
The Rolfe Realty Group will be hosting a home show scavenger hunt. They will give participants a list of booths to visit. Collect something from each booth and return it to enter the drawing for a $100 Lowe’s gift certificate.
Century 21 of Auburn will have three drawings, giving away two $25 gas cards and a lunch at Bootleggers Old Town Tavern & Grill in Auburn.
Ed Meadows from Maidu Financial will have a drawing each day for a $25 gift certificate to The Home Depot. There are other drawings at the other booths inside the tent.
