Auburn Realtor Rocky Sanchez, an agent with Lyon Real Estate in Auburn, was recently named the No. 1 producer for 2009 in the Auburn/Grass Valley offices.
Sanchez is a 14-year veteran of the real estate profession and has a long track record of success in the real estate business with numerous honors and awards.
“Real estate can be a stressful job at times, but overall I think the satisfaction of helping people accomplish their goals is what keeps me going,” Sanchez said.
With the market climate lately, Sanchez has been successful with helping his clients through the tough times. He has been highly involved in short sales, negotiating with banks, seller and buyers.
