Brodsky earns new designation
Terri Brodsky of Powerhouse Real Estate in Newcastle recently acquired a new designation — Short Sale, Foreclosure Resource (SFR) from the National Association of Realtors.
The program includes training on how to negotiate loan modifications or short sales, manage short sales, foreclosures and real-estate owned transactions.
