Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced that Suanna Gurovich has joined the company as a sales associate in its Roseville office.
In her new position, Gurovich will specialize in residential sales in Placer and Sacramento counties.
“Suanna will be a terrific addition to our sales team,” said Marc Heinzer, manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Roseville office.
Gurovich worked at Zephyr Real Estate in San Francisco for eight years specializing in residential and investment properties. Her extensive experience includes the sale of apartment buildings in and around the San Francisco Bay Area and coordinating sales in Europe.
Gurovich earned her bachelor’s degree at California State University Long Beach and majored in business and Spanish. She speaks Spanish, Italian, French and Serbian.
Bellante, Jr. joins Coldwell’s Roseville office
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced that Frank P. Bellante, Jr. has joined the company as a sales associate in its Roseville Granite Bay office. In his new position, Bellante will specialize in residential sales in Lincoln.
“Frank will be a great addition to our sales team, and I couldn’t be more excited to have him join us,” said Marc Heinzer, manager of the company’s Roseville Granite Bay office.
Bellante recently completed an intensive training program through Accredited Real Estate Schools, Inc., which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.
Bellante earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial arts from San Francisco State University.
