Etchells receives loan certification
Linda Etchells, senior loan officer at MLS Mortgage in Auburn, has just completed the latest CALSTRS/CALPERS certification.
This certification is necessary for Etchells to assist clients who request a California Employees Retirement System loan or a California State Teachers Retirement System loan.
Etchells has also had many hours of formal training in conventional and Federal Housing Administration lending.
