Landmark Builders of Granite Bay received three of the 16 Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards handed out by the Greater Sacramento Valley Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry last week.
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry recognizes members at its annual awards and membership appreciation banquet held each October.
“It is an honor to receive awards for three of our key projects,” said John P. Caulfield Jr., president of Landmark Builders.
The company, which recently changed its name from Landmark Endeavors, Inc., has been in the custom home building and remodeling business since 1997, and has received recognition for its custom-built homes, including three MAME awards from the North State Building Industry Association.
Landmark Builders was recognized in three separate categories at the CotY awards: Entire House over $1 million; Residential Addition $100,000-$250,000 and Residential Exterior Specialty.
While the first project was extensive, the other two enhanced existing features or areas of the homes.
“Even a small change to a home can have a huge impact,” Caulfield said.
According to NARI, the Contractor of the Year awards are given each year to members who demonstrate outstanding work through their remodeling projects.
Landmark Builders is located at 4120 Douglas Blvd., Suite 306-215, Granite Bay. For more information about the builder, call (916) 783-0356 or go online at LEICustomHomes.com.
