The Ranch House, the resident-exclusive community center in the Whitney Ranch master plan community in Rocklin, offers residents a unique place for recreation and events.
“We’ve already hosted birthday parties and graduation celebrations. And there is a wedding planned in June,” said Jessie Hinchman, activities director at The Ranch House. “It is a perfect event venue for the (Whitney Ranch) residents.”
All single-family home residents at Whitney Ranch have exclusive access to all the homeowner facilities on site, many of which can be reserved for special occasions or large gatherings.
Inside The Ranch House, open-beamed ceilings and a large fireplace beckon residents to make themselves comfortable in the Hideaway Hills Lounge. Residents can enjoy the Grand Chaparral Ballroom, conference facilities, a demonstration kitchen and more.
Outside is a 4,000-square-foot pool and a children’s wading pool with splash pad.
Complete with shaded cabanas and a shower house, The Ranch House pool is complimented by a picnic lawn and barbecue area.
The architecture of The Ranch House is in step with the community’s ranch-style theme. Residents are welcomed under a large porte-cochere and stonework adorns all sides of The Ranch House.
 A decorative iron entry gate greets visitors at the reception; and a wooden water wheel on one side harkens back to a simpler time and adds more ranch-themed flare.
Available throughout the facility, The Ranch House will feature wireless internet access, allowing residents the opportunity to balance relaxation with the convenience of staying connected.
