K. Hovnanian Homes is celebrating the grand opening of its newest community, Legacy at Fiddyment Farm in Roseville, Saturday and Sunday (Jan. 30-31).
In addition to special grand-opening pricing, homebuyers this weekend will receive a new 54-inch plasma high-definition television. Gourmet coffee beverages and elegant pastries will be served.
Legacy at Fiddyment Farm will feature a limited edition of 41 homes with large, pool-sized back yards averaging more than 7,800 square feet. Homes at the community range from 2,110 to 2,756 square feet and can include additional bedrooms or a third car garage. Prices start in the low $300,000s.
“The flexible floorplans at Legacy allow each home to be built to meet the specific needs of the homebuyer,” said Ray Putnam, senior community manager for K. Hovnanian Homes. “Buyers during our grand opening weekend will have an opportunity to personalize their homes while saving with our special, low grand-opening pricing.”
K. Hovnanian Homes has been at the forefront of building “green” communities. At Legacy, homes include the newest energy-saving features to reduce energy bills and minimize environmental impact. The builder recently hosted a “Dusty Shoe Preview,” giving potential buyers an opportunity to meet the professionals building the new homes and learn more about the green features included with each home.
One of the most unique energy-saving features incorporated in the homes at Legacy are sustainable, concrete tile “cool roofs,” which reflect heat in the summer and offset the emission of carbon dioxide, which the manufacturer said will lead to improved urban air quality.
To get to Legacy at Fiddyment Farm from Interstate 80 in Roseville, take Highway 65 north two miles and exit left at Pleasant Grove Boulevard. Travel west on Pleasant Grove 4.7 miles and turn right on Fiddyment Road. Turn left on Hayden Parkway and right on Bellanca Way to the neighborhood sales center.
