HomeTown introduces The Next Step program

HomeTown Realtors introduced The Next Step, a copyrighted questionnaire designed to clarify and rate a home buyer’s decision-making process at their sixth annual Sales Camp.
Sales Camp is a fun, educational, team building experience where agents develop individual and company-based strategies for the current real estate market.
“Home buyers are fearful today and they need tools to rationally evaluate their buying decisions,” said Sue Thompson, owner of HomeTown Realtors in Auburn. “It is too easy to get swept up in the media frenzy and lose sight of the opportunities that today’s market offers.
“The Next Step helps buyers determine whether to purchase or not. Many buyers are missing out on today’s buying opportunities because they are paralyzed by fear. We want to help buyers sort out the facts and take the next step.”
