Coldwell Banker launches new video platform for home listings

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced Sept. 26 that it has launched a new real estate video platform for its 3,600 agents that will allow sales associates to promote their listings with multimedia.
The new platform, called Action CB, is a proprietary program that has been created by Coldwell Banker to help agents professionally develop a video marketing strategy. It provides sales associates with practical steps and tools to implement a multimedia marketing effort that will make their listings more visible on the Web.
Anne Treacy Johnson, regional vice president of marketing for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, said that consumers are going online these days looking for a lot more than just a home listing.
“They want to get a taste for the neighborhood, the community, the restaurants, schools, parks and so forth,” Johnson said. “They’re really doing their research before going out to look at a home, and video is a big part of bringing that information to life and giving consumers a real sense of the home and local area.”
