Richardson earned top producer for March
Kelly Richardson was recently named HomeTown Realtors’ top producing agent in March, having sold $3.5 million in real estate.
Richardson has been a consistent top-producing performer during her career at HomeTown in Auburn, winning many top awards.
Richardson was born into a local pioneer family and has been a longtime resident of the Auburn area. She is known as a prominent community leader, participating in the Placer Community Foun-dation, among other local organizations.
She is experienced in all aspects of real estate, holding the Certified Residential Specialist designation earned by less than 3 percent of all Realtors. Richardson has an intimate knowledge of the foothills area.
