The Reverse Mortgage Connection of Rocklin is hosting a free workshop on reverse mortgages from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 25 at Bakers Square in Auburn.
At the workshop, which will feature complimentary coffee and desert, topics such as: how to use the equity in your home; eliminate mortgage payments; take out equity with no payments; understanding the basics of reverse mortgages; the different options for receiving funds; common misconceptions of reverse mortgages; and reverse mortgage program updates will all be covered.

After 18 years selling homes in Placer County, Brodsky chose her home town for the new office location.
