It has also been expanded and is now available to non-1st time buyers in the amount of up to $6,500. there are some qualifiying restrictions, but this is wonderful news for buyers. It is an unparalled opportunity to take advantage of abundant homes to chose from and excellent interest rates. If you've been thinking about buying a home don't delay, this offer does expire.
