President Obama has signed into law an extension of the 1st Time Home Buyer Tax Credit of $8,000. that was due to expire at the end of November. It now exends into next spring. It has also been expanded and is now available to non-1st time buyers in the amount of up to $6,500. there are some qualifiying restrictions, but this is wonderful news for buyers. It is an unparalled opportunity to take advantage of abundant homes to chose from and excellent interest rates. If you've been thinking about buying a home don't delay, this offer does expire. It is a credit not a loan, so if you've been asking where is my stimulus money, here it is. The American Dream is alive and well in Auburn!
